The Kingfisher was amazing; as you say, “scary and beautiful at the same time”! What amazing eyesight and also sharp precision to catch a tiny moving fish in spite of the refraction (ah, there is something for you to figure out). I think I’d starve without my glasses ?.
I was scared for the gang when they went exploring Kingfisher’s home! We need a sign: Insects No Trespass!
Very interesting book! I was so scared for Ladybug, Spiny and Tiger! So many dangers in the water world… But the bugs persevered, I am glad they are happy now…
